SPRING WELLNESS & CRAFT FAIR

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the upcoming Spring Craft Fair! Before you apply, please read the following information.
EVENT DETAILS:
Location: Uptown Body & Fender, 401 26th Street, Oakland
Date: June 7, 2024 6pm – 10pm
Time: Set-up: 5:15-6:15 pm ; Fair: 6:30-10 pm
VENDOR GUIDELINES:
Open to vendors selling art work, wellness and beauty products, gifts, clothes, accessories, healing-arts services, plants/flowers, etc.
Items sold must be handmade (and preferably local).
Unfortunately, consumable food items may NOT be sold.
Note: It is our intention to accept all vendor applications for this event. However, applications are reviewed to make sure that they meet the guidelines and that we create a balanced event without too many vendors selling the same things.
Upon completion of your application, please allow for us to review. You will get an email either confirming or denying your entry as a vendor to the event.

HELPING MAKE THIS A SUCCESS
The success of this community event is dependent on volunteers. The UptownBody is graciously donating space again, which allows us to waive any entry free for vendors.
In return, we ask that each vendor help make this event a success by helping in one or more ways:
Promoting the event to everyone you know (help us get people in the door!) See materials below
Helping with unloading and parking
Posting flyers around the neighborhood the night of the event
Cleaning up and loading after the event
